1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Enquiry form. When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, company, industry, the product or requirement you describe, quantity, your message and, if you choose, one attached file (for example a drawing or BOM).
- Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you contact us by these channels we receive what you send and your contact details (for WhatsApp, your number and profile name).
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. IP addresses are anonymised and Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. We do not use analytics to identify you personally, and the analytics code does not run if your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and deliver what you ask for.
- To keep records of our business dealings.
- To improve the website and keep it secure.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as far as needed: Web3Forms (which delivers the contact-form enquiries to our email inbox), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (analytics) and, when you choose to message us there, WhatsApp. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Our sister platforms DG Metals and DG Electric, and the other sites we link to, have their own privacy practices.
5. Cookies and analytics choices
The only cookies this site sets come from Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, turn on “Do Not Track”, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same without them.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, and then delete them or remove the personal details.
7. Security
We protect the site and the information sent through it with reasonable technical measures (encrypted connections, restricted access, input checks on the form and limits on attachments). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data through the form.
8. Your choices
